National Beverage Company signs Sareyyet Ramallah Female’s football team Sponsorship Agreement




 

Ramallah- Al-Hayat Sports- The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC) and Sareyyet Ramallah signed an agreement to renew the sponsorship of Sareyyet Ramallah female’s football team for the tenth year in a row. The agreement was signed at NBC’s headquarters, in the presence of Mr. Imad al-Hindi, General Manager of NBC, Mr. Michael Kraytem, Chairman of Sareyyet Ramallah, Mrs. Nadia Misleh, member of the board of directors, and Mr. Khalid Ellyan, Executive Manager of Sareyyet Ramallah.

Mr. Imad al-Hindi, General Manager of NBC, said: “we are proud of our continuous sponsorship of Sareyyet Ramallah female’s football team, which managed to establish their competence and success year after year, the most recent being advancing to the next rounds in the Norway Cup Championship”. He asserted that the team is an example of the Palestinian women athletes, who have what it takes to achieve and succeed. Mr. al-Hindi hoped that this support contributes to uplifting the women’s sports and maintaining its position on the Palestinian sporing landscape.

Mr. al-Hindi added: “This agreement is a true partnership with a long-standing establishment, through which we seek to boost and advance the capabilities and talents of the Palestinian youth of both genders and in the various scouting, sporting, artistic, cultural, and social areas, which comes within NBC’s pursuits to achieve its vision and strategy supporting the youth and investing in their abilities to improve the state of our Palestinian society”. He commended Sareyyet Ramallah for their achievements raising a generation that has the best qualities of giving and belonging.

Mr. Michael Kraytem, Chairman of Sareyyet Ramallah, extended thanks to NBC for its continued support for Sareyyet Ramallah female’s football team, and he appreciated its role advancing the sports sector and its persistent commitment to promote the players of both genders by devoting attention to the clubs and the sports teams, and following up on their activities.

Mr. Kraytem said, since its inception, the young men and women and enhancing and advancing of their capabilities have always been the ultimate goal of Sareyyet Ramallah. He asserted that this agreement would help Sareyyet Ramallah move forward towards broader horizons and fields to build an accomplished and giving generation. He pointed out that the support provided by NBC would enhance the state of the sports and help the Palestinian athletes to attain more sporting achievements.

Sareyyet Ramallah was established in 1927 as one of the first scouting establishments in Palestine which focuses on the scouting youth activities, to enhance the spirit of national belonging among the Palestinian youth, then in view of the expansion of its programs, it has become a nongovernment community foundation that serves the Palestinian individuals through its various activities which target the community groups in the Palestinian society.
