Upholding the achievements of the NBC’s employees, National Beverage Company holds an event to mark its Silver Jubilee


The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC) organized a celebration marking the 25th anniversary (jubilee) of its launch in Palestine. Members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management of NBC participated in the celebration, along with hundreds of employees from the family of the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy.

The Celebration included a performance concert by the Jordanian artist, Omar Al-Abdallat, and the Palestinian artist, Ammar Hasan, and a short film featuring the most important landmarks that the Company has gone through since 1998 until today, with special reference to the most important stages and achievements that the Company has achieved over the past two and a half decades.

In a speech during the event, the General Director of the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy, Mr. Imad al-Hindi, extended his deep thanks to the Company's family of workers for their role and efforts in advancing the Company and contributing to its continuous successes over the past years. He said, "The most precious asset we have is the human being. This has been our approach that we have adopted since 1998 until today; and it will remain with us for the future, because investing in people is capable of realizing unimaginable achievements.”

Mr. al-Hindi explained that the work during the past years was based on continuous development and hard work to ensure success in light of the difficult conditions that Palestine has been going through, which required double efforts to achieve success, indicating that the company sought to be a cornerstone in the field of community support and in carrying out an effective social responsibility in multiple fields such as support for the women, youth and environment.

Mr. al-Hindi indicated that great efforts have been made by the Company's staff over the years to achieve success and excellence at the local and regional levels and to reach every Palestinian home.  He confirmed that NBC considers itself in a constant challenge to continue the process of development and production in order to deliver high-quality products to the consumer.

NBC had started its first steps in the Palestinian market in 1998, and has gone since then through several important stages hereafter, the most prominent of which was in the year 2005, when the Company inaugurated the Cappy juice factory in the village of Kufur Zibad in the region of Tulkarm, then in the following year it managed to acquire the natural mineral water factory (Jericho) in the city of Jericho, up to the expansion and presence in the beloved Gaza Strip in 2016, in addition to the opening of the Al-Taif Dairy and Food Products Factory in 2019.
