National Beverage Company concludes the events of its World Cup 2018 Campaign




 

Beitunia - In an atmosphere dominated by joy, excitement and enthusiasm, the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC) concluded the World Cup 2018 Campaign in all the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza following the end of the World Cup matches in Russia.

 

Since the start whistle of the World Cup games through to the final match, the National Beverage Company shared the passion and pleasure of the citizens to watch the World Cup matches in several governorates, and follow up the hugest globally football tournament in an atmosphere of familiarity, joy and enthusiasm as the matches were screened in an open atmosphere of interaction, joy and cheerleading in public places, yards and playgrounds of sport clubs.  In addition, the Campaign included several recreational events and giving out prizes and gifts to attendants.

 

Through its campaign, the National Beverage Company realized the dream of 20 persons to attend the semi-final match of Russia Mondial, in addition to organizing a sightseeing tour for them in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg, where they saw the major and most important touristic sites and monuments.  This was the grand prize presented by NBC to ten persons and their accompaniers, in addition to numerous valuable prizes presented to consumers, including 200 Samsung S8 smart phones, thousands of footballs with the design of World Cup 2018 football, Coca-Cola bags and free products of 1.125 liters.   
 
In this context, Mr. Imad al-Hindi, General Manager of NBC, confirmed that the Company was pleased to have realized the dream of 20 persons who were able to attend the semi-final match of Russia Mondial, in addition to ensuring the special atmosphere that the citizens lived in during the World Cup matches through the matches screened by the Company through the tour of Coca-Cola GO LED truck in several Palestinian cities and villages. 
He hoped that they have spent the best and happiest times during these matches, valuing at the same time the cooperation of municipality and village councils and sport clubs’ managements for facilitating the task and work with NBC teams by providing and preparing spaces and places for the screening of matches.   Mr. al-Hindi also commended the work of the NBC teams who spared no effort during the screening of matches.
Mr. al-Hindi affirmed that the National Beverage Company will continue its leading social responsibility role towards the people of Palestine by supporting the sport clubs in the different governorates, in order to reinforce and develop the standards of different teams or sports to be able to compete at regional and international levels.   
He hoped that NBC has managed to instill the feelings of sport love in the hearts of citizens in its different forms through the events that were organized and observed by the Company, particularly football.
The National Beverage Company broadcasted a video about the different community activities and events implemented by the Company during the World Cup 2018 matches under the slogan "World Cup and National Beverage/Coca-Cola".
