National Beverage Company sponsors the 60th Ramallah Convention under a Strategic Partnership Agreement

Ramallah – Alhayat Economic – The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola /Cappy (NBC) sponsored the 60th Ramallah Convention, which was convened on the 4th day of July 2018 under the Strategic Partnership and Cooperation Agreement that was signed a week earlier during the press conference to announce the launch of the events of the 60th Ramallah Convention.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Ms. Dina Al-Masri, Vice Chairman of the National Beverage Company, Eng. Mousa Hadid, President of Ramallah Municipality and Hanna Hanania, President of the Palestinian Federation of Ramallah Palestine in the United States.
During the press conference, Dina al-Masri said that the National Beverage Company decided to invest in Palestine since 20 years ago, despite of all the surrounding challenges and obstacles. It is now one of the largest Coca-Cola bottling companies in the region, referring to the investment expansion achieved by the company in the recent years, particularly the commencement of manufacturing and production process in Gaza plant during 2016.
Ms. al-Masri added that the success achieved by the company in Palestine has provided more than 700 direct job and more than 7,000 indirect work opportunity for the families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. She addressed her message to the expatriates of Ramallah about the importance of returning to their hometown and invest therein for the service of their community and families.
Ms. a l-Masri also highlighted the remarkable organization of the convention and the goals that the organizers are seeking to achieve, including supporting the roots of brotherhood among the sons of the homeland, encouraging them to invest in their city Ramallah and establishing the joint projects to benefit the Palestinian community. She expressed her happiness toward the attitude of the expatriates, who wish to return to their homeland and invest therein.

The events of the 60th Ramallah convention, which held under the banner “Yalla (Lets go) to Ramallah”, will continue until the thirteenth day of July. This Conference is organized by Ramallah Municipality, Federation of Sons of Ramallah in the United States and some local institutions with the participation of more than 1,000 Palestinian emigrants.
