For the Fifth Consecutive Year, The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy Sponsors Abu Dis Youth Club- Football School




The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC) and Abu Dis Sports Club have signed a renewal of the Club's sponsorship agreement for the fifth consecutive year. The sponsorship by NBC includes the provision of all required sports equipment and supplies bearing the Coca-Cola logo.
 
The signing ceremony was held at the company's headquarters in Bitounia, in the presence of Mr. Imad Al Hindi, General Manager of the National Beverage Company, Mr. Ziad Bahr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Club, Mr. Alaa Esawi representing the National Beverage Company in addition to Mr. Nasser Abu Hilal and Mr. Yasser Mohsen, Members of the administrative body of the club. Mr. Nasser Abu Hilal presented an honor shield to Mr. Imad Al Hindi, Director of the National Beverage Company, in recognition of the Company's continuous support and sponsorship of Abu Dis Youth Club.
 
Mr. Imad al-Hindi commended the Club's sincere efforts towards developing and upgrading the football school. He expressed his happiness at the leading and continuous partnership with the Abu Dis Youth Club for five consecutive years. He also praised the spirit of determination of the youth and children of the club and stressed the need to sponsor and follow up the future's generation in cooperation with persistent local institutions and clubs.
 
Mr. al-Hindi expressed the NBC's readiness to review and discuss the possibilities to support and sponsor the club's projects and programs under the framework of the Company's keenness to embrace all the pioneering projects that seek to develop children and youth in the community in order to refine the skills of distinguished talents and enable them to be competitive in both sports and community, cultural and voluntary activities, and to disseminate and encourage their spirit of hope and determination to create a better future for them despite the challenges.
 
On his part, Mr. Ziad Bahr confirmed that the club's football school is witnessing an increasing number of children and residents of the town who put their trust in the club; the school has today more than 60 boys and 40 girls of football fans aged between 8 and 14 years, pointing out that these children are a continuous and renewable supporter of the club's ranked teams registered in the Palestinian Football Federation.

 

Mr. Bahr added that if it was not for the support by the management of the National Beverage Company and the spirit of loyalty and volunteerism of the professional and certified trainers who train children, this school could not have continued under the difficult circumstances and challenges facing all of us. He praised the tangible and continuous development of NBC in the Palestinian market as well as its continuous service of the Palestinian community, especially children and youth, who are in constant need of support and attention.
