National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy provides the Charity Association for Disabled Rehabilitation and Family Counselling at Al Jalazoun with a Pronunciation and Special Education unit




Ramallah- Alhayat Aljadeeda- The National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/ Cappy (NBC) provided the Charity Association for Disabled Rehabilitation and Family Counselling at the refugee camp of Al Jalazoun in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate with supplies to furnish the Pronunciation and special education unit.  The unit will provide the adequate educational environment for children with mental disabilities, especially those who suffer speech disabilities and learning difficulties.
 
The supplies of the Pronunciation and special education unite were delivered at the headquarters of the Charity Association for Disabled Rehabilitation and Family Counselling at the refugee camp of Al Jalazoun.  They include the necessary supplies, item, and tools such as educational and entertainment toys, benches and educational boards, a toy closet, and a TV set.
 
Mr. Imad al-Hindi, General Manager of NBC, affirmed that NBC is committed to provide all possible support to the people with disabilities and special needs in the Palestinian society. He commended the role of Charity Association for Disabled Rehabilitation and Family Counselling which provides hundreds of children at Al Jalazoun refugee camp and the surrounding areas with non-profit services.
 
Mr. al-Hindi added that NBC is committed to support the associations that seek to mainstream the people with disabilities in the society and develop projects that uplift their capacities and contribute to providing them with opportunities to interact with their peers.
 
Hossam Alyan, Chairman of Charity Association for Disabled Rehabilitation and Family Counselling, asserted the importance of the donation provided by NBC which will improve the practical performance of the program and increase the capacity to accommodate more children.

 

He emphasized the importance of the support provided by NBC to the association which serves 450 children of all age groups, including 50 children who receive direct monthly support across Ramallah villages and the villages surrounding Al Jalazoun refugee camp.
