Kicking off soon, Mr. al-Hindi: National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy is proud to provide Silver Sponsorship for the International Jerusalem Football Championship
Jerusalem- Pal Sport- Mr. Imad al-Hindi, General Manager of the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC), commended the company for providing Silver Sponsorship for the 4th International Jerusalem Football Championship, which will kick off in a few days, for the fourth year in a row. He confirmed that such sponsorship would contribute to enhancing the continuity of the Palestinian Academy which serves approximately 300 athletes of both genders in Jerusalem, especially in light of the limited resources available to the sporting institutions and clubs in Jerusalem, in particular the sporting clubs amidst the challenges agitating the holy city.
Mr. al-Hindi affirmed that NBC has a permanent commitment to support the Palestinian sporting institutions and clubs in different governorates countrywide, especially in Jerusalem for its unique role in the development of sports in Palestine. He said that organizing such championship in Jerusalem boosts the people’s presence in the capital city and bears many implications.
Mr. al-Hindi asserted that providing a sponsorship, even if partial, for a championship that targets the youth is consistent with NBC’s vision which is founded on improving and uplifting the sporting institutions and their various activities in order to create a generation of the youth and junior athletes who can compete and provide excellent performance to make name of Palestine renowned at the sporting level.
Firas Abu-Mayyaleh, Chairman of the Palestinian Football Talents Academy, praised the partnership and cooperation with and support provided by NBC to the Academy in the past years and to the Palestinian sport movement in general.
