Under the exclusive sponsorship of National Beverage Company, Al Bireh Youth Foundation Club is the Champion of the “Future Stars” Tournament Al Bireh Cultural Club, Saifa and Al Ersal Clubs rank third

Ramallah – With the participation of eight teams of the age group 2004-2005, Al Bireh Youth Foundation came up the champion of the Future Stars Football Tournament of the football sexpartite organized by Al Ersal Sports Club, under the exclusive sponsorship of National Beverage Company Coca Cola/Cappy (NBC).
Al Bireh Foundation team defeated the Al Bireh Cultural Club team 1-0, in the final match played at Al Najah School in Al Bireh.
The participating teams were divided into two groups, the first group included Al Bireh Foundation, Al Ersal Sports Club, Ramallah Academy and Ramallah Islamic Club, while the second group included Al Bireh Cultural, Kafr Neama Club, Jabaa Youth Club and Al Shurfa and Sateh Marhaba.
From the first group, Al Bireh Foundation and Al Ersal Sports Club reached the semi-finals, and from the second group, Al Bireh Cultural Club and Kafr Neama.
In the first match, Al Bireh Cultural defeated Al Ersal Sports Club 4-1, and Al Bireh Foundation defeated Kafr Neama Club with the same score. Al Ersal Sports Club placed third, defeating Kafr Neama Club 2-1. Awards were distributed to the winners at the closing of the tournament. Kafr Neama Club was awarded fourth place and the best team awards.
The Leading Scorer award was shared between Edward Busais from Al Bireh Foundation and Badr Nassar from Al Bireh Cultural. Badr Nassar won also the Best Player award and Yehia Abu Shawish won the Best Player in the Tournament award.
During the closing, Ayham Abu Ghosh, sports supervisor at Al Ersal Sports Club, made a statement thanking NBC on behalf of the administrative authority of the club for sponsoring the tournament. He further highlighted that this event is a part of several activities launched by the club to care for youth. He wished all teams a prosperous future and that they can create a talented, disciplined and athletic generation.
Mr Imad al-hindi, the General Manager of NBC, congratulated the participating teams and praised the well organization by Al Ersal Sports Club, expressing his satisfaction with the collaboration between Al Ersal Sports Club management and the sponsorship of Future Stars Tournament.
He further added that NBC support and sponsorship for this tournament, which targeted the youth, came as a part of its tireless quest to embrace local sport and developing rising athletic talent skills, being the foundational base for making pro athletes capable of representing their country in the future in regional and international events.
