Al Bireh – Al Hayat Economic: The exhibition stand of the National Beverage Company Coca-Cola/Cappy (NBC) and Al Tayef received a remarkable turnout of citizens during the Palestinian Food Industries Exhibition (Our Food 2019), which recently organized in the halls of Al Bireh Municipality Park for two days, under the slogan "Buy Your Country's Product to Help Your Son Work."
In its stand, the Company offers its distinguished products of soft drinks, juices and water, as well as dairy products and food from Candia, which are produced by Al Tayef Company, one of NBC’s subsidiaries.
Mr. Imad al-Hindi, NBC’s General Manager, said that "this exhibition is one of the most important specialized exhibitions of the national food industries in Palestine"; adding that NBC is keen to participate continuously and annually in order to promote the idea of supporting the Palestinian national products, and instilling its value among citizens because of its direct impact in enabling and the strengthening the national economy.
Al-Hindi thanked the Palestinian Association of Food Industries represented by its General Director Mr. Bassam Abu Ghalioun for organizing the exhibition, praising the good organization and arrangement and the distinguished presence of the Local and Arab Companies and Institutions, in addition to the factories and companies producing food industries in Palestine.
He added: "This exhibition is a real opportunity for the consumer to identify the most important national industries and witnessed the continuous development which enhances the confidence in the national product to have a major share in local markets." He explained that NBC continued to keep pace with and apply the most important international standards quality and specifications and occupational safety and public, in all its factories which are equipped with the latest technology and specifications and employs crews with high efficiency.
He pointed to the availability of the dairy products and foods from the French Company Candia, which Al Tayef has begun to produce with an exclusive privilege since the beginning of this year; where it is very popular with the citizens because of its global quality, adding that Candia food industries of milk, dairy and various cheeses, joined the high quality basket of products provided by NBC to the consumer (Coca-Cola and Sprite and Fanta) in addition to juices (Cappy), mineral drinking water (Arwa and Jericho), as well as (Rani and Barbican) Saudi origin, which NBC acquired the exclusive distributor in our local markets.
